Refund & Credit Policy
How credits and paid placements work.
Listing a live on GoLiveGuide is free. This policy covers optional paid placements and credits.
Credits
Credits are applied to your account and used for boosts and featured placements. Unused credits remain on your account.
Refunds
- Boosts that have not yet started can be cancelled for a full credit refund.
- Once a placement has begun delivering, it is generally non-refundable.
- If we make an error, we'll make it right with a credit or refund.
Purchases on other platforms
Refunds for products you buy during a live are handled by the seller and the platform where the purchase happened, not by GoLiveGuide.
